HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION TOKEN OF LOVE APPLICATION

We want to recognize and celebrate Blessed Trinity Christian Ministries West Church members who are graduating from high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA with a token of love.  We will display your photo and recognize you during the “Celebration of Excellence Program” in June 2023. To apply click the following link  High School Graduation Token of Love to complete the application process and submit by May 2023.  If you are under 18 years of age and want your photo displayed during the program, your parents must complete the Photo Release Form and email it with your photo.
